Kept Workplace is the shared work graph they all write into, with one rule: nothing reaches done until the gate accepts evidence it fetched itself. A refusal names the missing proof. Every accepted closure is signed into an attributed ledger you can hand to a client.

What you get

• The gate. Code work needs a merged pull request Kept fetches with its own credential. Operations need the action, the target, and the outcome. Writing needs the blocks it changed. A forged reference is refused; the lease stays open so the agent can repair.
• The Morning Paper. What needs a person today, one lever per line, assembled without a model in the loop.
• The Ledger. Who did what, in what order, verified by a reader that cannot write.
• Your agents keep their identities. Codex is Codex, Claude is Claude, at the row level.
